ISNHS; 117th Foundation Day

Foundation Day is a once a year event that students are really excited for. It is the anniversary of a school so for sure it will be a blast because of the activities for the students and teachers and of course there will be a lot of booths. But in reality, some schools don't really have that festive atmosphere when it is foundation day. I'm not saying that our school is one of them, but it seems like that.

 Many of us expecting a lot from the event especially to those students who is experiencing it for the first time, and as usual many was disappointed. I'm not surprised because it was always like that. It is just the field demo that give us at least a little excitement. It was an annual activity of our school every foundation day that all grade levels compete to each other. Different category for girls and for boys. But the program was very long that we performed at the middle of . And there was no booths at all for us students to enjoy and have something to do while waiting until the program is done. That's why many students wasn't also participating at the field demo because because they felt the bored.

Foundation Day should be a day students and teachers is enjoying. That atleast for that day, they'll forget about school and just have fun. But too bad it didn't go well. I'm not saying that this year's foundation day was a bad one, but it wasn't also a good one. That's why we hope next year's event will be better and have. improvements.

Sabi nila walang permanente sa mundo. Maraming pwedeng mawala at magbago. Maraming pwedeng magbago at maaring hindi na maibalik pa. Pero huwag sana nating hayaang ang wikang kinagisnan at kinalakihan natin ang magbago. Mga kabataan ngayon ay madami ng alam. Maraming mga salitang nabubuo sakanilang isipan. Independence Day: Must Remember

Before a caterpillar become a beautiful butterfly that flies freely, it needs to get out to a cocoon first. Just like how Filipinos before fight for our country to get out from the hands of the people who invaded and colonized Philippines. We owe our freedom to the untold number of Filipinos and soldiers who have fought and sacrificed their lives for our country. They fought to end the sufferings of the Filipinos who become slave because of the cruel Spaniards and other people who colonized Philippines. They were the true heroes. Because without them we might still suffering until now. We might still imprisoned and still inside a cocoon. That's why we need to celebrate the "Independence Day". To honor and remember their heroism. You can also be a hero like them. Because you don't need to have a power to be called one. Just love your own country and fight for it even if it cost your life.
